Rosen Lake Ratepayers Association's mission is to promote environmental awareness and community advocacy within the Rosen Lake community.
Who Can Be a Member
Eligibility for membership is determined by section 2 of our bylaw. Owners of titled properties within the Rosen Lake Service Area as determined by the map attached to bylaw 606 (shown in this section and under Documents) are eligible and others with titled properties around Rosen Lake as confirmed by the Board. Traditionally the Board has included everyone with a titled property from the Y in Rosen Lake Road.
Membership Details
Each titled property may have more than one member but only one member may vote. If you own more than one property then you may designate another person to represent a property but your designate must become a member to be permitted to vote. Our bylaw and the BC Society Act is clear that a member may only have one vote.
